delicious dinner central location lovely staff warm room morning noise small spa
The evening meals were delicious, i found the set menu format appealing. If i didn't prefer a particular dish, they would make adjustments. the hotel's location was ideal. It was in the town center, and a quick walk led to ski lifts. the staff were lovely, everyone made an effort to greet you each day.
The room was quite warm, i noticed the air conditioning didn't seem very effective. the room faced the street. I experienced some noise in the morning. the spa area was small. I thought it could use more space.

delicious dinner helpful staff
the hotel was very clean. i enjoyed the delicious dinner, a romantic experience after a day of skiing. the staff were helpful. they rushed to assist with any request, a tender and appreciated gesture.
the air conditioning in the room didn't seem very effective. we had to leave the balcony door slightly open.

the noise levels were quite high i could hear cleaning staff early the walls seemed thin. room service availability was misrepresented i expected it to be more readily available. the limited spa hours were inconvenient as well as access depended on capacity restrictions

Excellent Stay in the heart of the Alps
varied menu efficient staff lively atmosphere heated seating
This place is GREAT! I particularly appreciated the half-board option. The meals featured a four-course menu that changed daily. Breakfast offered a buffet along with cooked-to-order options each morning. The staff were friendly, efficient, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The bar provided a lively atmosphere with heated outdoor seating, which I REALLY enjoyed.
The spa hours were limited each day, a bit difficult to plan around my skiing schedule.

The hotel is centrally located, placing guests within easy walking distance of the Pleney telecabine and the Super bubble. This location grants quick access to various ski areas. Getting around was very easy.

I stayed for a week and enjoyed the central location, very close to local ski lifts. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, I found it extensive. I really looked forward to the four-course dinner each evening. The menu changed daily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very very comfy and tidy. Air CONDITIONING was useful for a few days. There was a coffee machine and a kettle. I made use of these to have my morning drink.

The spa has a hot tub and sauna. I booked it for exclusive use for thirty minutes. The hotel PARKING was very convenient. The bus stop to the Avoriaz bottom station is located just in front of the place.

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh fruits. i appreciated the friendly staff SO much! the hotel bar had a really nice atmosphere.
my room was warm and the air con DIDN'T seem to work well. i didn't ask for help with this problem. the hotel receptionist was rude and sarcastic. i had to prepare myself every time i interacted with her.

the hotel has a convenient ski locker with individual compartments for equipment. it ensures safe storage! i found the nuxe toiletries supplied, including shampoo and conditioner, to be very good.
